Refinery Sustaining Capital Projects

Since 2017, TWD has been steadily building our workload focused on providing project management and engineering services for the production of various petroleum products which plays a pivotal role in meeting the energy needs of the region.

Through successful stewardship, TWD has completed over 40 projects at this refinery. Projects consisted of plant pressure relief studies, terminal offloading capacity studies, pipeline surge pressure studies, and P&ID as-builts for multiple operating units. Our direct process, mechanical and instrumentation support to the internal engineering projects team bolstered their endeavors, fostering seamless collaboration.

Additionally, our products and terminals project management support, including on-site secondments, exemplified our commitment to excellence, ensuring that every facet of the project was executed with precision and expertise.
