All employment opportunities are posted on TWD’s website as well as LinkedIn. Applicants are invited to submit their application via our applicant tracking system, with a current resume, demonstrating that they meet the minimum criteria for the position being sought. At the closing date, all applications are screened, and candidates selected for interview are contacted. If the interview is positive, references will be contacted. Depending on the feedback provided, a position may be offered to the applicant.

Employees are not expected to respond to emails or phone calls outside of working hours, unless there is an urgent issue that requires immediate attention, or the Manager has requested temporary additional hours on a project. We promote a culture that discourages excessive overtime. While occasional projects may require additional hours, we value the well-being of our employees and strive to maintain a reasonable workload. We believe that a supportive work environment is crucial for the success and happiness of our employees.
