I started working for TWD in 2013 as an HR Coordinator. The company supported my progressive growth within the organization, to my current role of Director of HR. As a young professional in Greece, I was awarded the opportunity to relocate and participate in a one-year internship as a junior process engineer in Canada. During my time in Canada, I saw myself not only growing professionally, but also feeling welcomed and valued. After working at a multinational company, I joined TWD for its smaller size, private ownership, and diverse projects. No regrets in my 10-year tenure. After deciding to return home to New Brunswick from Calgary, TWD supported my career growth and the expansion of TWD's business into Atlantic Canada.
