Maturing Partnership, Achieving Excellence
Our relationship has matured and evolved over the years through collaborative innovation, strategic alignment, and shared commitment to excellence, propelling us towards ongoing growth and shared successes. Success highlights of our Sarnia team supporting the refinery sustaining capital program include consistently executing projects on budget and on schedule, IPA success by the refinery relative to other assets with support from TWD, continued growth of our team at site through onboarded secondments, as well as expanding on our one team approach through scope engineering work package drafting, TWD relationships with Project Managers, rapid response for site issued, and turnaround staffing.
Our client believes in our integrated "one team approach". This eliminates layers of management / cost control etc. that can cause inefficiencies.
Celebrate innovation and unlock new possibilities with TWD.
